Acceptable Community Conduct Policy

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 This Acceptable Community Conduct Policy ("Policy") governs your participation in the GoAutomate Community (community.goautomate.io) ("the Community Forum"), operated by Workflow Science Limited (trading as GoAutomate) of 29 Wood Street, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Warwickshire, CV37 6JG, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our").

  • Asking and answering questions related to business applications.

  • Networking with other professionals.

  • Providing constructive feedback on products and services.

  • Reporting technical issues or bugs in a clear, detailed manner.

3. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

3.1 Users shall not post, upload, or share content that:

  • Is illegal, fraudulent, or promotes illegal activities;

  • Infringes on intellectual property rights of others;

  • Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code;

  • Is defamatory, libelous, threatening, or harassing;

  • Discriminates based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age;

  • Contains sexually explicit material or excessive profanity;

  • Constitutes spam, unauthorized advertising, or solicitation;

  • Impersonates another person or entity;

  • Discloses confidential or proprietary information without authorisation; or

  • Attempts to manipulate or disrupt the Community Forum or its technical infrastructure

3.2 Users shall not:

  • Harvest or collect user data without explicit permission;

  • Use automated tools to access the Community Forum without our prior written consent;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Community Forum or related systems;

  • Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Community Forum; or

  • Create multiple accounts for deceptive or abusive purposes.

4. CONTENT MONITORING AND REMOVAL

4.1 We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to:

  • Monitor any content posted on the Community Forum;

  • Remove any content that violates this Policy or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the Community Forum, users, or third parties; and

  • Preserve and disclose content if required by law or if we believe in good faith that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary.

4.2 Content that violates this Policy may be removed without notice and we may, but are not obligated to, notify the user who posted the removed content. Decisions regarding content removal are at our sole discretion and are final.

5. ENFORCEMENT AND PENALTIES

5.1 We may take any of the following actions against users who violate this Policy:

  • Issue a warning;

  • Temporarily suspend account access;

  • Permanently ban users from the Community Forum;

  • Remove or edit any content posted by the user; and/or

  • Report the user to the relevant authorities if their conduct appears to be illegal.

5.2 Factors we may consider when determining appropriate action include:

  • The nature and severity of the violation;

  • The user's history of previous violations;

  • The harm caused to other users, third parties, or the Community Forum; and

  • Whether the violation appears to be intentional or accidental.

5.3 We are not obligated to provide warnings before taking enforcement action.

6. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

6.1 If you observe content or behaviour that violates this Policy, please report it by:
