Fair Usage Policy

At GoAutomate, (a trading name of Workflow Science Limited), (referred to as "we," "us," or "our" in this policy), we provide certain services on a fixed-price basis to make it simple and predictable for our customers to use. This Fair Usage Policy ("Policy") is designed to make sure that all customers get reliable and consistent service, and to prevent any one customer from using the service in a way that negatively impacts others.

This Fair Usage Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service.

Purpose of This Policy

This policy is not intended to limit normal business use or to introduce extra fees. It exists to make sure the service is used fairly and in line with how it is designed to be used.

We monitor usage to ensure that:

  • No customer uses the service in a way that affects performance or availability for others; and

  • No customer's usage is significantly higher than what would reasonably be expected under their service plan.

What We Consider Unfair Usage

Examples of unfair or unreasonable use include:

  • Very high volumes of automated or repeated requests that go beyond normal use;

  • Trying to bypass intended features or limits of the platform;

  • Using the service to resell or repackage for others, or to build a competing product; and/or

  • Uploading or processing large volumes of data unrelated to the intended use of the service.

This list is not exhaustive. If we notice a pattern of usage that risks impacting other customers, we may consider it unfair even if it's not listed above.

What We Do If There's a Concern

If we believe your usage may be outside this Policy:

  1. We will contact your account owner to discuss the situation.

  2. In most cases, we'll work with you to find a solution, such as adjusting how the service is used.

  3. If the issue continues or cannot be resolved, we may take further steps, such as limiting certain activities or, in rare cases, suspending access to parts of the service.

We are committed to being fair and transparent, and we'll always aim to work with you before taking any action.
